Maharashtra Engineering Colleges Cut Off 2016

Candidates seeking admission to Engineering and Technology courses are required to appear for JEE Main (Paper 1) conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). Candidate should obtain Positive Composite Score, positive composite score is obtained after adding 50% of JEE Mains Paper 1 and 50% of normalized standard XII (Board or Equivalent examination) marks is Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM). For every academic year, the Competent Authority for Admissions in the state of Maharashtra conducts Centralized Admission Process (CAP) for admission to engineering courses. The CAP consists of first two (2) rounds of Centralized Allotment wherein eligible candidates of respective rounds (both Maharashtra and All India) will fill and confirm fresh Online Option forms through their login for respective rounds.

The Maharashtra candidates eligible for All India Seats is required to submit only single option form for both Maharashtra and All India Seats. Based on the positive composite scores, authorities will allot a unique state merit list no. to all candidates. Third round of CAP shall be conducted by counseling, only for the eligible Maharashtra State candidates.
