WBJEE Board has made WBJEE 2014 Application Form available from 18th December, 2013 to 25th January, 2014 on their official website. Student who are interested for taking admissions to engineering courses in West Bengal are hereby informed to follow the guidelines for the Application Procedure of the WBJEE 2014.
WBJEE 2014 Application Procedure
1. Filling the WBJEE 2014 Online Application Form
- Candidates need to fill their personal details & submit
- Candidates should enter their name as it is entered in Class XII Marks Sheet/ Registration
- Candidates should specify 3 WBJEE 2014 Exam centres in order of preference for West Bengal, Assam and Tripura candidates
- Candidates from Outside West Bengal should choose from Kolkata or Howrah
- Candidates appearing for JEE Main 2014 are required to enter their JEE Main Application Number
- A unique 7-digit numeric Application Number will be generated after submission of personal details
2. WBJEE 2014 Application Fees and Payment Mode
After submission of WBJEE 2014 Application form, candidates are redirected to payment page. Payment details for WBJEE 2014 are as follows:
- WBJEE 2014 Application Fees: Rs 500 + Services Charges
- Candidates can pay the WBJEE 2014 Application Fees by any of following payment modes:
- Allahabad Bank e-challan
- Online Payment By Debit/Credit Card
3. WBJEE 2014 Confirmation Page
Candidates are required to take print of WBJEE 2014 confirmation page. Generation of the WBJEE 2014 Confirmation Page only takes when candidates have filled personal details and paid the application fees.
- Candidates should take print of WBJEE 2014 Confirmation Page with Top Sheet on separate A4 size papers
After printing the WBJEE 2014 Confirmation Page, follow the below steps:
- Paste 2 Identical Passport Size Photographs, Put Left thumb impressions and signature in the respective boxes as specified
- Parent/Guardian signature
- Self attest all the specified documents and attach them along with the self attested copy of Payment Reciept or E-challan to the top sheet
- Speed post the document with WBJEE Confirmation Page 2014 to the WBJEE, AQ-13/1, Sector-V, Salt Lake City, Kolkata-700 091
Documents to be enclosed with the WBJEE 2014 Confirmation Page:
SET 1: The Filled up Confirmation Page (DONOT Staple it to SET 2 )
SET 2: The following documents have to be self attested and attached together:
- Top Sheet duly signed by candidate
- Copy of WBJEE 2014 Application fee receipt/e-challan
- Copy of the Admit Card of Class X
- Category Certificate Copy (for SC/ST) if applicable
- Pwd Certificate Copy if applicable
- Domicile Certificate if applicable
- TFW Certificate if applicable
